Seven elegantly appointed, expansive suites open out onto uninterrupted views of Cape Town’s iconic Clifton and Camps Bay coast line. Cape View Clifton is both easy going and elegant at the same time, decorated in calm-inducing hues and peppered with subtle colonial touches and modern artworks. Established high on the slopes of Lions Head, Cape View Clifton offers the perfect balance between privacy and access to Cape Town’s top restaurants, sights and beaches. For a family or group of friends, we also have an exclusive-use three bedroom suite.

Cape View Clifton is nestled into the slopes of Lion’s Head with panoramic views of the ocean, mountains and beaches.  It is a small, intimate property that focusses on a personal, friendly atmosphere.  We treat our guests as family and strive to be their ‘home from home’ in luxurious yet natural and unassuming surroundings.  Beautifully appointed, we like to lay claim to the smallest gym with the best views.  A large pool deck and garden terrace deck keep this property as a hidden gem and the views that you encounter when you walk in bely the beauty within. 10 minutes from the CBD and Waterfont environs, Cape View Clifton is centrally positioned, yet removed enough to be ‘far from the madding crowd’.

Cape Town is a highly sought after destination with such diverse activities on offer.  Outdoor activities, including hikes, paragliding and bike trails.  City and historical walks; Whale and Shark Cage diving; Boat trips to Robben Island and other adventure sites; Peninsula tours that visit little enclaves that could almost be a village away from the metropole;  the Winelands and diverse surrounds – the list is endless in what is known as the ‘Mother City’.  Cape Town sits at the seat of one of the most diverse bio-spheres in the world and the natural juxtaposition of sea, flora and city is what makes us so unique.

From Cape Town International Airport, take the N2 Highway in the direction of Cape Town and later Waterfront.

The N2 ends at the first traffic light.

Drive across the intersection and follow the Cable Way and Camps Bay signage, which will take you along Buitengracht Road (M62) which later becomes Kloof Nek Road.

At the top of Kloof Nek Road, instead of turning left into Cable Way, turn right into Kloof Road (not Signal Hill and not straight to Camps Bay).

At the end of Kloof Road there is a T-junction. Turn right and continue along Kloof Road for approximately 3km.

Cape View Clifton, 232 Kloof Road, is on the left side and is clearly marked.
